Dear Shareholders,
I am pleased to be able to report on an exciting second quarter 2002, which included SHL Telemedicine's transatlantic acquisition of Raytel Medical Corporation at the beginning of April. Raytel has now been incorporated into the SHL family, and is already starting to make its contribution to the company's financial results. As a result of the acquisition, international revenues now outstrip those of our successful home-market operations.
