1987 – Yoram Alroy founds SHL Telemedicine Ltd.
1991 – The HCCTM Home Care Center is introduced. This home care system enables users to speak with the medical monitoring center staff and transmit medical data directly to them – all at the touch of a button.
1994 – The Cardio Beeper® CB 12L, a patented SHL product, is introduced. This is the first device worldwide, intended for personal use, which is able to transmit a complete 12-lead ECG.
1995 – SHL reaches the 30,000 customer mark
1996 – Another exclusive SHL innovation: The Telepress II and TeleDoor®
1997 – The CardioPocket® is introduced. This transmitter embedded in a wallet allows single-lead ECG transmission to the medical monitoring center from any location in the world. The CardioPocket® won the prestigious UK Millennium Product Award.
1998 – The Watchman, SHL’s upgraded version of a standard panic button, wins the IFSEC competition.
2000 – SHL completes its initial public offering on the SWX New Market in Zurich, Switzerland.
2002 – Yoram Alroy wins Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award, and is invited to judge the World Entrepreneur of the Year competition.
2004 – Raytel, SHL’s American subsidiary, launches a remote cardiac monitoring service for patients implanted with ICDs (implantable cardioverter defibrillators).
2005 – SHL’s German subsidiary signs a cooperation agreement with a leading health insurance company, to provide Telemedicine services to patients with congestive heart failure.
2007 – The CardioSen’C™, SHL's first cellular-digital full 12-lead ECG device, is introduced. This device allows complete ECG transmission via a cellular modem.
2009 – Cardio'B™ – New portable 12-lead ECG device, light and ergonomic design.
2009 – Cardio'R™ – Cellular loop recorder for diagnosis of arrhythmia
