SHL Telemedicine is a company incorporated under the laws of Israel, and as such, it is subject to the Israeli Companies Law-1999 and the regulations promulgated thereunder. Its corporate governance practices are therefore mainly based on said law, as well as on principles laid down in other Israeli legislation applicable to it, together with the reporting requirements and directives of the SIX Swiss Exchange. SHL continuously updates its corporate governance practices in line with the aforementioned rules and regulations.
A corporate governance report providing further details and prepared in accordance with the Corporate Governance Directive of the SIX is published every year as part of our annual report.
